Keep track of the calories and nutrients you eat each day by selecting items from a database of 5,800 foods.  Display the amount of saturated fat, polyunsaturated fat, monounsaturated fat, carbohydrate, protein, fiber, cholesterol, 10 vitamins, and 10 minerals contained in each item, or in a meal, or in all the meals in a day.  Compare your levels to the Food and Drug Administration's Daily Values.

To install, launch:  ZNA104.EXE

To run, launch:  NUTRITION ANALYZER.EXE or run from its Windows program icon.
